How We Got Started
Founded by Perry Wiseman in Omaha, Nebraska, Truckers Accounting Service, Inc. emerged in 1993 from his desire to address a significant issue in the trucking industry: truckers facing complex tax challenges without tools and advisors to easily overcome them.
After earning a BSBA in Accounting from Creighton University and attaining his CPA, Perry first gained experience as an Internal Auditor for Kiewit. Following his transition to the trucking industry, he assembled a small team of tax professionals with Truckers Accounting Service, Inc. to help truckers and trucking companies navigate these challenges.
